The communication printed below starts the ball rolling for some definite plan of reorganization of the Union. The solution of this vital problem rests primarily on the heads of the undergraduates. No matter what plan is devised it is essential to have complete co-operation for it to succeed.
The decline and present condition of the Union are too well known to need elucidation, and it is necessary that some plan be devised for placing this institution in the place of honor in which it belongs. Construction is essential rather than destruction. It would be advisable, therefore, for us all to shake off our state of indifference and consider carefully issues and plans concerning this important problem of reconstruction.
