Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
At the trials for the University and Freshman relay teams which are to oppose Yale in the Boston Athletic Association Meet in Mechanics Hall on Saturday evening, the following men were chosen: University relay team--A. W. Douglass '21, D. J. Duggan '20, W. H. Goodwin '20 and D. F. O'Connell '21, substitute--H. D. Costigan '20; Freshman relay team--R. P. Bolster '22, R. Chute '22, C. A. McCarthy '22 and B. Wharton '22, substitute--J. Lee '22. For the University Goodwin made the best time, while Wharton was the fastest of the Freshman runners. In a team race later in the afternoon the University relay team composed of Douglass, Nally, O'Connell and Duggan defeated the Freshmen.
In addition to the relay trials three other events were held. G. F. Wason '19 just managed to beat E. T. Doherty '22 in the six-lap scratch race. The time was one minute and fifty-eight seconds. The Freshman 12-lap race proved an easy victory for C. E. Dexter '22 in four mnutes and tyenty seconds. H. Seabury '22 and R. P. Hoagland '22 were second and third respectively. H. C. Flower '19 won the first handicap 40-yard dash from scratch, but later was defeated by E. O. Gourdin '21.
