Freshmen Scrimmage in Rain

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In spite of a heavy rain all the 1923 teams scrimmaged yesterday afternoon. Teams A and B, alternately given the ball, fought it out on the 20-yard line for thirty minutes. Team B showed the stronger attack and was able to score against the regulars. The line-up of Team A was as on Saturday with the exception of H. W. Clarke and R. Morton, who were replaced by L. W. Post and G. Owen, respectively, both of whom played against Worcester. Team A now averages 165 pounds. P. B. Kunhardt, right tackle, is the heaviest man on the eleven, tipping the scales at 173 pounds.
