200 Oarsmen Report at Yale

New Haven, September 30--Two hundred Yale oarsmen answered Coach Mather Abbott's call, yesterday for fall rowing candidates. The crew management has secured this year the services of Mr. Van Santvoord, of Oxford, as assistant crew coach. It will be remembered that Coach Abbott also came from Oxford.

The call for fall baseball practice drew forty men, of whom seven were on last year's team, in addition to several former members returning from military service, among them peters, catcher, and Martin, fielder. Included in the squad is a staff of seven pitchers.
