21 MADE ENSIGNS AT ANNAPOLIS

University Men Received Commissions In Regular Navy.

Twenty-one former members of the University were recently commissioned ensigns in the regular Navy at the commencement exercises of the Cadet School at the Annapolis Naval Academy. They had completed successfully the four months' course of intensive training. The University men who were made ensigns were:
