Freshmen Defeated St. Mark's 3 to 2

The Freshman baseball nine journeyed to Southboro yesterday afternoon where they defeated St. Mark's in a practice game by a score of 3 to 2. The outcome of the engagement was in doubt to the very end, as the home team inaugurated a rally in the ninth inning, which just fell short of making the score 3 to 3.

C. B. Butterfield pitched a good game for the Freshmen and had slightly the better of the contest for pitching honors with Field.
