French and German Orals Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

This afternoon the special oral examinations in French or German, given to students in their first two College years, will begin. All men who have applied for the tests will be notified by the College Office when and where to present themselves. They will be asked to translate a short passage from either a short passage from either from or German into English, after being allowed about five minutes to prepare. This is the last opportunity for members of the Sophomore class to present themselves for the oral examination, which must be passed by all undergraduates before they can obtain a degree.
