UNIVERSITY TO MEET RIVALS IN BASEBALL

FIVE CONTESTS AT HOME

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Eight games for both University and Freshman nines this spring are announced in the complete baseball schedule issued by the management yesterday. Both teams will meet Yale and Princeton, the nine playing two contests with each in the triangular series.

In keeping with the athletic policy of the University, the nine will meet no colleges except Yale and Princeton, and will confine its other engagements to the various service teams of the neighborhood. Portland Naval Reserve, Commonwealth Pier, Camp Devens, and the Second Naval District will furnish the four non-intercollegiate contests.

It has been definitely decided to meet Yale in the final game on June 1, at New Haven, and not at Cambridge, as had been considered. The University's game with Princeton on April 27 will be the first game of the season, as well as the first contest of the triangular series.

The 1921 dates are practically the same as those previously announced. The game with Exeter on May 18 has been cancelled, however, as an R. O. T. C. review scheduled for that date would prevent the playing of the contest.

Three of the University team's games will be played outside of Cambridge, while only two of the 1921 engagements will be away from home. The final contests of both schedules will be played in New Haven on June 1.

The schedules follow; all games are in Cambridge unless otherwise noted:
