Arthur Durham Platt 2L, of Portland, Ore., and George Edward Osborne 2L, of Berkeley, Cal., have been elected president and treasurer of the University Law Review for 1918-19. The rest of the board of editors will be chosen next fall on the basis of scholastic standing made during the present college year.
