T. WRESTLERS DEFEATED

Freshmen Took Dual Meet By Score of 14 to 6.

In a series of closely contested bouts the Freshman wrestlers won from the regular M. I. T. team by a score of 14 to 6 Saturday afternoon at the Boston Y. M. C. A. All the matches were decided by decisions, and two required extra periods. The 139-pound and heavyweight bouts were omitted.

The summary of the meet follows:

115-pound class.--R. W. Powers '21 defeated Johnson, M. I. T.; decision.

129-pound class.--C. P. Smith '21 defeated McFarland, M. I. T., in an extra period; decision.

149-pound class.--Draw, after an extra period, between J. A. MacDonell '21 and Giles, M. I. T.

158-pound class.--Wirt, M. I. T., defeated W. Fuller '21; decision.

175-pound class.--E. V. Parsonnet '21 defeated Freeman, M. I. T.; decision.

In the scoring, two points were given to each side for a draw and on a decision four points were credited to the winner.
