In Sanders Theatre on Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock the cadets in the Ensign School of the First Naval District will be awarded commissions in the Naval Reserve Force. President Lowell has been announced as the principal speaker for the occasion. Commissions will be awarded to 122 men who have successfully completed the three-months' course of training. Approximately 40 men who will be commissioned were undergraduates in the University last year.

Other speakers at the graduation exercises Monday will be Captain James P. Parker '96, N. N. V., commandant of the Cadet School, and Admiral Wood, who has recently been appointed commandant of the First Naval District. As yet none of the speakers have announced the subjects of their addresses. Captain Parker will open the exercises. Next on the program will be Presider Lowell, followed by Admiral Wood, who will award the commissions.

Last October the Ensign School was moved from the M. I. T. to the University and at the same time increased in size from 50 to 150 students. One hundred and fifty-one men started the course at the University last fall, and of their number 122 will be graduated.

The exercises on Monday will mark the completion of the second session of the School, the first session being held at M. I. T. last summer. On February 18 the third session of the School will start.
