He has been exchange lecturer at the University of Berlin and at the Sorbonne, accompanied the Taft party to the Philippines in 1905 and was the University delegate at the Pan-American Scientific Congress in Satiago, Chill, in 1908. He has written "The United States as a World Power," "The Origin of the Triple Alliance", and "The American Historical Review."
