Major Williams Goes to Tech.

Major C. S. Williams has been relieved of duty in connection with the University S. A. T. C., and is now assistant to the commandant of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology S. A. T. C. While stationed here Major Williams was second in command, and in addition was examining officer for officers' training schools.

Major C. T. Cole is commandant of the Technology Unit.
