Over 15,000 soldiers have registered at the headquarters of the American University Union in Paris. The greater part of those registering have been officers. The union has taken over a hotel for the period of the war and it is the meeting place for college men. Many of the colleges have an overseas club-room there. About 125 men are taken care of nightly and there is always a big demand for quarters.
Names of all members of the American Expeditionary Force who register are classified according to colleges and fraternities.
