Graduates of Divinity School Convened in Yearly Meeting.

The Harvard Divinity School Alumni Association held their annual meeting at Divinity Hall yesterday morning. It was reported at the meeting that the Francis G. Peabody Fund now totals over $25,000, and that a goal of $200,000 has been set as the amount of the Fund when a chair in "social ethics and pastoral care" will be founded.

At the meeting the following officers were elected for the coming year: President, Francis G. Peabody '69, of Cambridge; vice-president, the Reverend Augustus M. Lord '83, of Providence, R. L.; secretary-treasurer, the Reverend Pitt Dillingham, of Boston; executive committee, the Reverend Edwin M. Slocombe, of Augusts, Me., the Reverend Clarence S. Pond, of Reverly, and Dean W. W. Fenn '84, president and secretary of the association, ex-office.
