Louis Calvert to Give Lecture

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Under the auspices of the 47 Workshop, Mr. Louis Calvert, the well-known English actor and producer, will speak in Harvard 1 this afternoon at 4 o'clock on the "Art of Acting." About a month ago Mr. Calvert gave an interesting and enlightening talk to the English 47 classes concerning theories of Shakespearean production. This afternoon he will talk more specifically about acting, and not play producing in general.

Mr. Calvert's wide experience in England has made him a well-known theatrical figure in two continents. He played the part of Undershaft when G. B. Shaw's "Major Barbara" was first produced in London: and he played the same part when Grace George revived the play last year.
