Clothing Collection Commences

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The annual spring collection of clothing, text books and magazines under the auspices of Phillips Brooks House will commence today, extending through tomorrow and Wednesday. It will greatly expedite matters if all men have their contributions ready when the collectors call, as they must have all clothes, books and magazines in their rooms by Thursday, when the team will make the rounds of the different dormitories.

The clothing will be distributed through the Boston and Cambridge Associated Charities, the Boston Provident Association and the Red Cross, and some may be sent to the war-sufferers in Europe. Text books used in the larger courses, as Government 1, History 1. Economics A, and English 28 are especially valuable as there is great need for them in the Phillips Brooks House Loan Library. The magazines will be given to charitable institutions.
