The Boston Society of Engineers will hold a meeting in Lorimer Hall, Tremont Temple, this evening at 7.30 o'clock for the purpose of stimulating interest in the enlistments in the First Corps Cadets which has just changed from an infantry into an engineering corps. This engineering corps is the only one of its kind in New England, and it and the 22d Engineers of New York City are the only ones in the United States.

The meeting will be addressed by the following speakers and the addresses will be illustrated with lantern slides:

Lieut.-Col. W. P. Chamberlain, Medical Corps, U. S. A., on "Military Sanitation." Captain F. B. Downing, Corps of Engineers, U. S. A., on "Organization and Duties of Engineer Troops." Captain J. F. Osborn, First Corps Cadets, Massachusetts National Guard, on "The Engineering Instruction in the Corps."

All members of the University are extended an invitation to be present.
