Advises War Clause in Leases

E. D. Brandegee '81, regent of of the University; has advised all men who are signing contracts for rooms in private dormitories for 1917-18 to see that there is a stipulation in the contract which will free them in case they are called for military service. The contracts which are signed with the University have this provision.
