At a provisional meeting of the students of the Divinity School held last night in the Common Room of Divinity Hall, 12 students in the School offered to serve as chaplains, nine as officers, nine as ambulance drivers, and four as Y. M. C. A. workers, if their services were needed in the event of the United States becoming involved in war. Arrangements were made for a large meeting for students of the Divinity School, the Andover Theological Seminary, and the Cambridge Episcopal School, to be held in the Common Room of Divinity Hall at 4.45 o'clock today.
Professor Lake, professor of Early Christian Literature, and Professor Foote '97, secretary of the Faculty of Divinity, will be present at the meeting this afternoon.
