W. Willcox, Jr., '17 has left for Newport News, Va., where he will attend the Curtiss flying school. In case war is not declared, he expects to return to College about May 1. The loss of Willcox will be keenly felt both by the track and baseball teams. He was anchor man on the relay team this winter, won the 440 in the Yale meet last year, and has done the quarter in the remarkable time of 43 seconds fist.
C. D. Murray '10, assistant manager of the football team, has also left to take up avlation, probably for two months. J. Knowles '18, of the baseball team, and C. F. Fuller '19 also expect to leave for Newport News shortly.
