MUSICAL CLUBS WILL PLAY IN BRATTLE HALL APRIL 7

DANCING AFTER CONCERT

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University Musical Clubs will give a concert in Brattle Hall Saturday, April 7, at 8 o'clock. The performance will be over at about 10 and will be followed by dancing until 12 o'clock. This will probably be the only opportunity for undergraduates to hear the clubs, as no other Cambridge concerts are scheduled this year. Tickets at one dollar each will be placed on sale shortly.

All proceeds will go to "The Little House," a settlement house located in the crowded tenement district of South Boston under the direction of Miss Rose Herford.

Play at Filene's Tomorrow.

The clubs will also give a concert in Filene's tea room tomorrow afternoon from 3 to 5 o'clock. This is the first concert of this nature that they have ever given. Tufts, Brown and other colleges have given concerts at Filene's recently. The Glee Club will sing "At Sea" by Buck, "On the Water" by Mendelssohn, and "The Long Day Closes" by Sullivan. The Mandolin Club will play "Thousand and One Nights" by Strauss, and "Venetian Love Song" by Nevin, and the Banjo Club "Big Ben" by Allen, and "Bull Frog Blues" by Brown. The Hawaiian instrumental quartet will play and the University quartet will sing.
