Notice:--

Students can see the Commandant at the following hours: 5-6 P. M. daily. At all other times by appointment.

Memorandum:--

1. Members of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps who have failed to make out their tabular view cards will do so at once. These cards will be sent to the Commandant's Office, 1 University Hall.

2. All members of the Corps will report for medical examination to Doctor Roger I. Lee, 4 Weld Hall, between 10 A. M. and 12 noon, and 2.30 and 4 P. M. Monday, February 26; or Thursday, March 1. This does not apply to cadets who have already been examined and accepted by the surgeon.

3. All applications for transfer to companies, sections, and lecture groups must be submitted immediately to the Aid for Assignments, Warren House.

No applications for transfer will be approved except where present assignments manifestly conflict with other academic engagements.

4. Any student who has registered at the College Office for Military Science and Tactics 1, but who has not filled out the enrolment blank for the Reserve Officers' Training Corps, or a tabular view card, will do so at once. These blanks can be obtained at Weld 8 or the Commandant's Office. C. CORDIER.   Captain, U. S. Army, Commandant.
