Fencers Oppose Springfield

The University fencing team will meet Springfield Y. M. C. A. College in Hemenway Gymnasium this evening at 8 o'clock. Springfield defeated the University last year and a close match is expected tonight. Yale, who was runner-up in last year's tournament only defeated Springfield this year by a 5 to 4 score. This will be the second meet of the season for the University, the first match on the schedule having been won from Bowdoin last month.

The team that will face Springfield this evening will be composed of Captain W. H. Russell '18, R. G. Crimmins '19 E. R. Gay '19 and E. P. Hamilton '18.
