On most of us who have stayed at home, the burdens of a great war have rested easily. While others are offering life for a cause, the extent of our privations has been the absence of sugar from the breakfast cereal. An opportunity to feel this war, to aid in the alleviation of suffering that it entails should be a welcome one. Such an opportunity is at hand. Today the University is sending its contribution into Nova Scotia to clothe the victims of a disaster that has brought grief to thousands. That contribution must be worthy of the traditions of Harvard.
