At 5.30 o'clock today Mr. Reynolds, secretary of the Massachusetts State Forestry Association, will speak in Sever 5 to the students who are planning to take up wood-cutting during the Christmas vacation. This work will not only be of great value to the men in that they receive a good salary in addition to board and lodging, and will learn some of the fundamentals of the lumbering business, but it will also help in a certain measure to reduce the fuel shortage in Massachusetts. The place where the students will work will be announced this afternoon.
