In accordance with the precedent established in 1914, the annual Christmas service in Appleton Chapel will be held next Wednesday evening at 8.15 o'clock. The Reverend Edward Caldwell Moore, Plummer Professor of Christian Morals and Chairman of the Board of Preachers, will conduct the services. Under the direction of Dr. A. T. Davison '06, organist and choir-master, a program of Christmas music will be presented by the Appleton Chapel Choir, assisted by the Choral Society of Radcliffe College.
No one will be admitted to the Chapel except members of the University and Radcliffe until five minutes before the beginning of the service. After that time the public will be admitted.
A Christmas service will also be conducted in the Chapel of the Andover Theological Seminary at 7.45 o'clock Thursday evening. Merrill J. Holmes will conduct the services and deliver the Christmas sermon. A program of music will also be presented by the joint choirs of the Andover Theological Seminary and of the Divinity School.
