Professor William Ernest Hocking will give the second of the series of War Lectures which has been organized by a committee made up of members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences tomorrow evening at 8.15 o'clock in the New Lecture Hall. The subject for the talk will be "The War Zone and What Lies Behind It," and will be based on his recent visits to the English and French trenches.
This series of lectures will be continued weekly during the winter, usually on Wednesday evenings, and will be open to all members of the University, but not to the public. The speakers will be chosen in part from members of the Faculty who are acquainted with the conditions on the battle fronts in Europe, and in part from alumni and men outside the University who can speak with authority on such subjects.
