FIRST UNIVERSITY TEA FRIDAY

Faculty Members and Their Wives Will Receive From 4 to 6.

The first of the University teas which each year provide an opportunity for students to meet informally the members of the Faculty and their wives will be held in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House Friday afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock.

As has been the custom, members of the Faculty and their wives will be especially invited in groups, according to the first letter of their surnames, to each of the teas which will be held every Friday afternoon until March, with the exception of the Christmas recess and the mid-year examination period. This year, however, instead of inviting the members of the Faculty whose surnames begin with the first letters of the alphabet to the opening tea, the start will be made with the letters K to M, inclusive.

All members of the University are cordially invited to attend the teas. The following list includes only the professors, with their wives, who will be present on Friday afternoon, omitting the names of the instructors, assistants and proctors:
