Dr. Lord to Give War Lecture

Dr. R. H. Lord '06, will be the University War Lecturer at the third of the regular meetings in the New Lecture Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. His subject will be the Russia of today, as observed by himself during his visit to that country last summer. Dr. Lord, an assistant professor in the History department of the University, has made a very close study of the political, economic, and military aspects of the situation in the newly-formed republic, and has delivered several other lectures upon the subject.
