NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Graduates to the R. O. T. C. may read the announcement of the Third Training Camps with satisfaction. The failure to grant commissions at the completion of the course in August was a disappointment. Though it is regretted that no official recognition could have been made at the time, it is gratifying to learn that no men, other than those of the two armies and graduates of training corps will be accepted for the next camps.

Those remaining in the corps who were under age are benefited as well. They are to be the picked men in the future. Admission to the succeeding camps is their reward, honestly earned.
