Memorandum:--
1. No cadet of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps will be considered as duly signed off from College unless he has first obtained the permission of the Commandant to absent himself.
2. Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the cadet to the action contemplated in Paragraph 2 of the Enrolment Blank.
