G. W. Cram Made Faculty Secretary

George Washington Cram, '88, has been appointed Secretary of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences from September 1, 1917, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of John Goddard Hart '93, A. M., '94. The resignation and appointment were both approved at the last meeting of the President and Fellows of Harvard College.

Mr. Cram has been Recorder of the College since 1893, but will now assume the office of Secretary of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in addition to his other duties.
