In an account of the September meeting of the Yale Corporation, the Yale News says, in part:

"As an expression of appreciation of the Harvard Summer Military Training Camp privileges extended to nearly a hundred Yale undergraduates, the Corporation passed the following vote of thanks:

"Voted--to extend the thanks of Yale University to the President and Fellows of Harvard University for the privileges extended to about ninety Yale undergraduates at the summer military camp in Cambridge, and to assure the Harvard authorities that their generous courtesy in this matter is highly appreciated."
