47 WORKSHOP PLAY TOMORROW

The 47 Workshop will present an Icelandic drama, "Eyvind of the Hills," in the Agassiz House Theatre tomorrow and Saturday evenings at 8 o'clock. The play, which is in four acts, is the Workshop's second production of the year.

The author of the drama is Johann Sigurjonsson, who has gained fame largely from this tragedy of the North. Henning K. Schauche is the English translator.

The Workshop has as usual designed and painted all the scenery for the play. Acts one and four were designed by Mr. Huger Elliott, head of the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts. The two middle acts, set out of doors, were designed by Miss Lucy Conant and painted by her with the help of Mr. T. P. Robinson, chairman of the Workshop artistic committee, and Mr. Henry Hunt Clark. The lighting has been arranged by Mr. Munroe Peavear, of Boston, an expert in electric coloring.

Dr. Hermansson, of Cornell, and Mr. W. S. C. Russell, of Springfield, who has travelled over most of Iceland have given their advice in the production of the play.
