THOUGHTLESSNESS?

There are at present seventy-six members of the Regiment who have not yet returned the regimental belts to the armory. It is essential that these be returned immediately, in order that the equipment may be checked up and inventoried. It seems hardly fair that the thoughtlessness of these men should so unnecessarily add to the closing labors of the Headquarters Staff.
