Mr. Edward C. Carter '00, who is to conduct prayers in Appleton Chapel this morning, will speak in the Assembly Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock on the work in the army "huts" in Europe, Asia, and Africa. King George of England has recently decorated him with the Kaisar-i-hind medal for his distinguished service with the Indian troops, among whom he has been working for over a year and a half.
