MATCH PLAY BEGINS AT OAKLEY

Sixteen Men Survived Qualifying Round in Golf Tournament.

Sixteen men have survived the qualifying rounds of the College championship golf tournament and will play the first round of match play at the Oakley Country Club this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The second round will be played tomorrow, the semi-finals on Monday and Tuesday, and the finals next Wednesday.

The following matches will be played at Oakley this afternoon at 2 o'clock: J. G. Heyburn '16 vs. N. Wainwright '19, J. W. Hubbell '17 vs. F. R. Devereux '16, H. Hutchins '17 vs. C. S. Clark '16, F. I. Amory '17 vs. L. M. Lombard '17, L. H. Canan '17 vs. G. A. McCook '16, W. P. Hunt '16 vs. G. H. Kissell '17, E. L. Hubbard '19 vs. S. B. Ives '17, W. A. Flagg '19 vs. W. H. Potter, Jr., '19.
