Mr. H. H. Wheaton will speak on "The Education of Immigrants" in Emerson J next Monday afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. Mr. Wheaton is connected with the Bureau of Education at Washington, where he has specialized in immigration education. This meeting is held under the auspices of the Phi Delta Theta, the honor society in the Department of Education, the Graduate Education Society, and the Cosmopolitan Club. The meeting is open only to members of the University.
