Mr. Frank Backus Williams '88 will give the third of a series of illustrated lectures on "City Planning Law of the United States" in Robinson Hall, this afternoon, at 5 o'clock. Mr. Williams' subject will be "Planning the Private Features." These lectures are open only to members of the University.
