Mr. F. B. Williams '88 will give the second of a series of four lectures on the City Planning Law of the United States in Robinson Hall this afternoon at 5 o'clock. Today's talk, which will be on "Planning the Public Features," will deal with the plan of a city as a whole and its parts as related to the whole. The remaining lectures will be held tomorrow and Friday on "Planning the Private Features" and "Administration."
