Lacrosse Team Defeated Twice

The record of the University lacrosse team, which took its southern trip last week, shows one tie game, one victory, and two defeats. The first match of the trip was that with Swarthmore at Swarthmore on April 15. The result was a tie score of 4 to 4 after two extra periods, one of five and one of ten minutes. In the match with the University of Pennsylvania on Franklin Field, Philadelphia, last Monday, the University was victorious by a score of 6 to 3.

The fastest game of the trip was that with Mt. Washington, at Mt. Washington, Maryland, on Wednesday. The University was defeated by the score of 4 to 3. In the game with the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, last Saturday, the final result was 6 to 3 in favor of the Midshipmen.
