Professor Wrong to Give Lecture

Professor G. M. Wrong, M.A., F.R.S.C., head of the History Department at the University of Toronto, will give the second of a series of lectures on "Canadian History and Government" in Emerson J, this evening at 8 o'clock. The subject of this lecture will be "Proposals and Prospects for Federalizing the British Empire." This lecture will be open to the public.
