The prospects for the coming season are not very bright, as many men have been lost by graduation, prominent among these being W. E. Nightingale '15 and E. M. Wanamaker '16; who is now in M. I. T. The men who remain from last year's squad are E. E. O'Neil '16, (captain), G. F. Beal '16, E. B. Flu '17, R. H. Franzen '17, S. E. Nash '16, and O. H. Persons '17. Flu and Franzen were substitutes last year, but will undoubtedly be regular men this year. From last year's Freshman squad R. O. Chaffee '18, H. H. Dampman '18, R. M. Lovett, L. V. Miller '18, and W. B. Snow '18 seem especially promising. In the regular fall practice C. W. Birch '16 and P. C. Collins '18 showed considerable ability.
Arthur Warwick, a Canadian professional who was the coach of last year's successful team, has been engaged as coach for this season.
