Professor Shailer Mathews, Dean of the Divinity School of the University of Chicago, will give the fourth Noble Lecture in Emerson D this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. The general topic of the series is "The Spiritual Interpretation of History," and the special topic of today's lecture will be "The Growing Recognition of the Worth of the Individual." The lecture is open to members of the University and the public.
