New Volume by Prof. Kittredge

"A Study of Gawain and the Green Knight" is the title of a new book by Professor George Lyman Kittredge '82, of the English Department, which has just been published by the University Press. This volume, which is the result of thirteen years of thought and labor, has two objects: the first is to trace the history of a great romance, while the second is to illustrate early literature.
