The David A. Wells Prize for 1915-1916 has been awarded to Professor H. L. Lutz of Oberlin College. This prize is awarded through the Department of Economics and is open to Seniors or graduates of not more than three years' standing from any department of the University. The prize consists of an annual award of $500 and is given for the best thesis embodying the results of original investigation.
