Under the auspices of the Division of Music, a concert for the benefit of the Belgian Relief Fund will be given in the John Knowles Paine Concert Hall this evening at 8.15 o'clock. The following program will be presented by Mlle. Octavia Belloy, soprano, and M. Jan Collignon, bass, of the Antwerp Opera House; Mlle. Daisy Jean, 'cellist, Brussels Royal Conservatoire; Mlle.
