Strong, professor of Tropical Medicine in the Medical School, who has been in charge of the medical relief work in Serbia, will lecture on "Epidemics in Relation to Modern Armies" at the Lowell Institute this evening at 8 o'clock. This is the last of a series on "Modern Plagues." The public will be admitted without charge, but tickets must be obtained from the Curator of the Lowell Institute, 491 Boylston street, Boston.
