The first smoker of the class of 1919 will be held in the Union next Tuesday at 8.15 o'clock. Speeches will be made by the class officers, and B. L. Wells '19 will outline the work of the Red Book Committee, which will begin its competions on the following day. The Entertainment Committee is preparing an excellent program for the evening. Moving pictures suitable for the occasion are being secured, and will probably be of a humorous nature. Among the possible entertainers are Charlie Chaplin and Anita Stewart. A half-hour's entertainment will be provided by comedians from Keith's vandeville circuit.
The usual ginger ale and crackers, and beer and pretzels will be served. Music will be provided by the Freshman orchestra. The entire entertainment is free and offers and excellent chance for members of the class of 1919 to get together.
